One of the long-anticipated exhibitions will be on from November 25th, 2011 to January 2nd, 2012 at Museum of Moden Art in Dubrovnik. The exhibition titled Mirko Rački - art works with sacral motifs from the holdings of the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik'.Mirko Racki (1879 - 1982) is one of the best-known Croatian artists and the Dubrovnik Museum of Modern Art holds the most of his sacral paintings. This exhibition and the beauty of interesting work by Mirko Racki will most certainly delight all culture and art lovers.
A somewhat different exhibition has also been set in the Old Town of Dubrovnik - ‘The History of Dubrovnik’s Bell Tower’. Until recently, the town's bell tower has only been accessible to diligent engineers who keep the clock mechanism ticking, but until December 31st, 2011 the exhibition is open there to all art lovers keen to learn more about its centuries-long history.
