The team after completition and finalization of takeover process
Takeover of Adriatic luxury hotels group has been completed and finalized by Luksic group. Camilo Soza, Chairman of the Board of Excelsa hotels, is also appointed as new Chairman of the Board of the Adriatic luxury hotels.
Davor Luksic, President of Supervisory Board of Adriatic luxury hotels states that this acquisition is in line with long-term investment strategy of the Luksic group, and confirms the strategic commitment of the group to further develop business in the city of Dubrovnik and tourism sector in Croatia.
